As the instant messaging application developed in android
and apple devices, Google got it’s place to be on the list. Google has launched
its Hangouts message application latest version for mobile devices to offer free or low-cost voice calls using the internet.
On Wednesday,
Google product manager Amit Fulay said in a blog that Google Hangouts makes it
easy to send a quick message, or start a group video chat. He also added
sometimes it is best to just say call “I love You”.
It offers calls for free between Hangout users and when a
user make a call to numbers in both the United States or Canada. Aside from
that, it has the lowest rate for international call compared to other instant
messaging application.
Because of its free group video chat capabilities, Google
has basically merged abilities of its Voice online calling service with
Hangouts, which became a hit feature in the technology giant’s Google+ social
network. It simply connects friends or work team together in a more private conversation across
computer.
Whether it’s an Android,
iOS devices or computer, Hangouts works the same everywhere. A user can get the
whole group in a fun conversation together no matter what device they're on.
However on Apple devices or desktop computers,
Hangouts calls should can be accessed when the latest version is updated or
used.
The original Hangouts is only used for text, chat and video
chat. As for its newest version which is designed for mobile devices, Hangouts
calls will be available. The new Hangouts Dialer is now made available
for download through Google Play.
